1、Are your toys safe?
Yes, our toys are safe.
Our products conform to European CE standard, and ASTM criterion of USA. The workers are with years experience. The products are made of all new materials that come from big factories.
2、I like to go to China to visit your factory, is it feasible?
Certainly. You are welcome. Please let us know your schedule before you take the departure .
3、Can you source the packaging printing?
Yes, whichever way you would like to pack. However, your original artworks are required for printing the packagings.
4、Do I have to register PA number?
No, this is your choice, you do not have to do it.
These 4 registration numbers are demanded only if you want to sell your stuffed
Toys in their area. All other States do not need registration number. (Please view
Our PA registration web page).
5、Can you make tags and blister cards same as what we ask for?
Yes, these can be done here . Please send us the original art works by Photoshop 6.0 or illustrator 9.0, You can send the art works by courier or by email to us. We will make the tags and cards as per your art works.
6、Do you know how to prepare the documents for overseas importers?
Yes, we do. We have years of experience exporting to U.S. and Europe. We will delivery some shipping documents to you as per practice. The docuemtns are on the basis of the cargo shipped. These documents are Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading etc. Some special document, such as Certificate of Origin can be available at your requirement.We will take our attention on the importing procedure until goods arrived at your place.
7、Do I need to provide patterns with my first samples?
Yes, if the patterns are available.
With your pattern, the prototype will be made precisely according to your original design or images. However, if you do not have the patterns, our pattern maker will do the job.
8、How long does it take to get the cargo ordered?
Lead time based on your projects. Usually timetables are as follow:
-Fabrics: Mills meeds 10 -15 days to manufacture fabrics and color dying. If fabrics needs to be confirmed before production, please add 10 more days for the production sample express mailed to you.
-Production: 20-30 days based the quantity ordered.
-Overseas Shipping: 15-17 days from China to west Coast of USA. 30-35 days to main European Port
-Customs Clearance: about 2 days.Who is paying the postage of mailing prototypes from China to me? Prototypes are expressed from China to you at your expense.The courier charge is based on the weight or volume of package.
9、 Do you charge samples ?
Yes. To stare, it is required submittal of prototype fee. However, it is credited in full to your order when your order placed. We will deducte the amount from our commercial invoice .Actually, prototypes are free of charge, upfront charges are just make sure that we are not supplying samples only. As far as we concerned, making correct prototypes are with hard works, it is always cost and time consuming in the whole production process.
10、What is your terms of payment?
It is often by Irrevocable Letter of Credit or by T/T.
Due to letter of credit has basic bank charges, There are two options for your:
- Irrevocable letter of credit at sight for 100% invoice value.
- 30%-40% as deposit with your purchase order placed,the balance paid in full before shipping.
11、How long does it take to get my prototype?
How quick to get your prototype depends on the information and details that we collect from you. Please view our prototype web page, which will give you an idea of the information we need from you upfront web page, which will give you an idea
A typical steps and duration of getting a prototypes are:
-Receiving your project. depends on when you exact information to us.
-Price quotation and turn-around confirmation: 48 hours.
-Sampling date: often takes 5-7 working days.
Please note: If need special material or craftson the items, the time will be little longer. We will discuss it with you separately on the project.
12、How many are one full 20 container can be loaded”?
How many pieces can be loaded in one 20ft container depends on the toy size and design etc. Differnt shape of toy will be with different packing quantity.
How many to be packed in one container? For example:
- A beanie type 8 inch toy, one 20ft container can load 15100 pieces approximately.
- A plush type 14 inch toy, one 20ft container can load 5400 pieces approximately.
13、What is your minimum order?
Minimal order quantity is based on the the size and material used on the toys. As a factory, it often have a request in minimal quantity. As you know, small quantity it is hard to booking material from material factory. And also it is hard to share the various costs involved on basis of small quantity. For example, minimal quantity for a toy at 8 inches is about 2500pcs. Details will be discussed separately.
14、How much is the costs of toy?
There are several factors that affect costs on a toy. Most of the costs are based on:
-Material: What material used will influence whole cost of product.
-Size: A larger size of product means having to use more materials and more costs in labour and transit.
-Quantities: as you increase the quantities, the costs of bulk production will be shared over by more pieces, which will reduce your price. Actually, the more you order ,the less unit price you pay.
-Quality: There are thousands of different plush furs and materials you can choose from. All ranging greatly of different price per yard to create your toy.
-Complexity: a toy with complicated character means to need more procedures in designing and laboring aspects.
